This is a very troubling use of the review system. As a business owner, there are times when you have to enforce rules to make your business safe for customers. At times this involves asking certain people to leave the premises when they make other customers uncomfortable with there actions. So having done this to make your business a safer place, the offended person then posts false and damaging reviews. The net effect is this review then can prompt new customers from coming in after reading this persons post. This burns me up.
